Return Policy: We will gladly accept any items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The item or items returned must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale. It must also include a copy of your invoice and a return authorization number. (To obtain an authorization number and instructions please email us at info@mcmowdirect.com.)   The return postage and freight is the responsibility of the customer. When the returned merchandise is received and inspected a credit will be issued for the merchandise less a 15% restocking/handling fee (a minimum of $5.) The freight to you, ordering fees, and boxing and shipping charges are not refundable.

            With our apologies, we are unable to accept returns on: glass, glass cutters or cutting wheels or packaging containing cutting wheels, metal cames, reinforcing bars, chemicals, patterns, books, any merchandise containing a pattern, and any products with a limited shelf like such as paints and adhesives. In addition, all closeout and sale items are final and may not be returned.

            If merchandise is unused and defective or used and defective it is the responsibility of the specific manufacturer and their warranty to replace or repair the merchandise. We at McMow Art Glass Inc. are happy to assist you in contacting and working with our manufacturers and product providers, however, replacing or refunding such products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers and not that of McMow Art Glass Inc.

            If we have, in fact, shipped you an item in error, you must notify us when you receive the miss-shipped item and we will make arrangements to have the item shipped back to us and will send you any missing items as soon as possible. Please contact us before taking any actions so that we may instruct you on how and where to return miss-shipped merchandise.

            In the case of damaged goods you must keep damaged merchandise with the original packaging. Once items have left our facility, any damages incurred due to the shipping carrier and/or lost items are the responsibility of the shipping provider. If damage is obvious please note with the shipping carrier immediately upon the arrival of the merchandise. We are happy to assist you in contacting our shipping provider.

            This return policy is strictly followed with no exceptions. Our website and shopping processes have been designed with pictures and reliable descriptions to ensure that the customer is aware of the product they have ordered to prevent ordering errors. Please be sure that the product you have chosen is the product you really want. Shipping: Merchandise in stock will be shipped ground mail via USPS or UPS. Please fill in your street address information completely as the shipping service will not be able to process your order if your shipping information is incorrect or incomplete. Your order may take up to two weeks to ship if within the 48 United States and longer if shipping outside the continental United States or to any foreign country.

Items that are found to be out of stock will not be back ordered. You must re-order these items when the websites indicates that the item has been restocked. Or contact us through email and we will try and locate the product for you and let you know when we expect to have the item restocked. Email at info@mcmowdirect.com.

Florida state residents will pay applicable sales taxes on their entire order including shipping and boxing charges.

Shipping outside the 48 United States: U.S. orders outside the 48 states will be shipped via air parcel and therefore subject to higher shipping charges. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses and any other foreign shipping address. Postage and insurance will be based upon the weight of your order. Also, a $10 shipping charge will be added to any merchandise shipped to all foreign countries.

            The above shipping charges do not include customs, duties, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the country of destination. The customer is responsible for any of the above charges and will be notified if any such charges apply.

Boxing Fees: Additional boxing fees apply for glass orders and metal came orders. The fees are as follows:

Due to the special boxing requirements of glass there is a $6.00 boxing charge for shipping 12”x12” pieces of glass. The box will hold up to 12 pieces of glass this size. There is an $8.00 boxing charge for larger pieces maximum size is 18”x24”.

Due to the special boxing requirements of metal came an additional $5.00 will be charged to ship all metal came and reinforcing bars. The came will be cut into 3 foot lengths and boxed. If you would like came to remain in it’s original 6 foot lengths then a boxing charge of $8.00 will apply. However, the minimum order for this service is 12 assorted pieces of lead, zinc, brass, copper came or rebar.

This information is not rented or sold for any reasons and all of your transactions will be protected to the best of our ability and the best technologies of our credit card provider. McMow Art Glass Inc. does not sell or trade email lists or personal information for any reasons or with any person. McMow Art Glass Inc. may use your email address, on occasion, to send our customers special event information or price specials that pertain to the glass interests of our customers.

            Due to the nature of an online store it is possible that occasional pricing mistakes will occur. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments necessary and will notify you if an adjustment will increase the price of your order.
