This model has an interior space that is 11” wide by 4 1/2“ deep. It uses 110-120 electric current with 13 amps, which means you can plug it into any grounded household outlet. It is a side-firing kiln and has no elements on the top. The temperature control is manual with a read-out gauge, so you need to watch the temperature gauge and turn the kiln off manually when you reach the desired temperature. Included with the kiln is a 9” x 11” hexagon shelf.
This is a very moderately priced, medium sized entry-level kiln suitable for glass fusing, bending, PMC (precious metal clay) and re-annealing of beads.
Kilns are made to order and can take apporximately 4 weeks for delivery.
