This model has a 3-button computerized control, which allows you to set up as many as four firing programs with eight segments for each program. Elements are installed on both the lid and side and the 3" viewing window is standard as are the two-position lid prop for venting, large handles for moving and safety pilot lights. The electrical current required for this kiln is 240volts/20amps.
The shelf that comes with this kiln is a 15 1/2" hexagon and the chamber is 18" wide and 11" inches deep. This size is very beneficial when using molds for bending, which is why this kiln is recommended for glass crafters who do glass fusing and slumping. A notable feature is a full aluminum plate that is installed on the bottom for reinforcement.
Kilns are made to order and can take apporximately 4 weeks for delivery.
